Plumbing Service Contract

Plumbing Service Contracts Include the Following:

1. Dye test all toilets for internal leaks

2. Inspect faucets including checking all exposed hot and cold water supply lines.

3. Inspect all exposed water piping.

4. All fixture drains are inspected.

5. Washing machine hoses are inspected.

6. All hose bibs will be examined for leaks.

7. We inspect check and tag all emergency shut offs and water shutoff valves.

8. Bio-Clean all drains.

Gas Hot Water Heaters

• Inspect and Clean Main Burner & Pilot

• Inspect flue pipe

• Inspect for proper vent draft

• Inspect for gas leaks

• Inspect for water leaks

• Inspect operation of emergency cut-off

• Inspect temperature and pressure safety relief valve

• Inspect drain valve

Electric Water Heaters

• Inspect operation of elements

• Inspect thermostat operation

• Inspect operation of wiring

• Inspect for water leaks

• Inspect emergency cut-off

• Temperature and safety valve
